The Bates Company is active in the development of new ground-up industrial, residential and office facilities as well as the creative renovation of older properties.

We provide a full range of development services from initial land acquisition and entitlement through the entire development process. We closely monitor market trends and tenant demands to build the most state-of-the-art facilities with aesthetically attractive features. We focus on the economic and functional efficiencies that historically have created long-term value. The Bates Company has earned a reputation as an industry leader through constant commitment to deliver quality projects consistently. The Bates Company seeks land acquisition and joint venture opportunities to develop industrial/business parks and office/commercial projects. These range in project value from $10 million to $250 million. Our Company’s equity is funded both internally by the principals of the Bates Company and with a number of private investors, enabling quick responses to acquisition opportunities.
